At Fatboy Mini BMX, we want you to be stoked with your ride; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your unused gear within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and in brand-new condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the mini BMX or parts in the original box, ensuring all tools and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
